The MA Maritime History at the University of Plymouth and you will have the opportunity to grapple with these and other key debates in history. Plymouth’s long and storied relationship with the sea makes it the perfect location to explore five centuries of maritime history from the Spanish Armada of 1588 through to questions around the continued importance of sea power and navies in the modern world.

They need Chinese degree classification - prestigious institution: 70% for 2:2 UK degree equivalent; 75% for 2:1 UK degree equivalent; 80% for 1st UK degree equivalent. In Chinese degree classification - non-prestigious institution they need 75% for 2:2 UK degree equivalent; 80% for 2:1 UK degree equivalent; 85% for 1st UK degree equivalent. In Chinese degree classification - college institution they need 80% for 2:2 UK degree equivalent; 85% for 2:1 UK degree equivalent; and 90% for 1st UK degree equivalent. Postgraduate programmes: ILETS 6.5 overall with Minimum component scores 5.5 in all four components (listening, reading, speaking and writing).
