在這里學(xué)什么？ Our industry-recognised BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying course will help you develop the knowledge and skills in the commercial and financial management of construction projects.We are a Top 10 University for Building courses in England and Wales by overall student satisfaction (National Student Survey 2019).Our course is fully accredited by the leading professional bodies: the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).As a quantity surveying graduate you could work effectively in a wide range of related fields including: project management, legal analysis, design management and value and risk management.You can also choose to undertake a one year paid industry work placement between the second and final year of the course. 為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need good grades in Senior High School Graduation Examination and the Chinese University Entrance Examination (Gaokao) for admission to year 1. Students need to have completed the Graduation Certificate - Specialist / Sub-degree (Zuanke) level (also known as the Dazhuan) will be considered for final year (top-up) entry. We generally require an overall 70 per cent grade or above but this will vary depending on the institution. Undergraduate programmes: ILETS 6.0 overall with Minimum component scores 5.5 in all four components (listening, reading, speaking and writing).
