專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ The BA English and Creative Writing with Foundation is a four year programme of study that includes a foundation year which offers access to Humanities education to students regionally and nationally who do not have the standard entry profile for Year 1 BA study. Equally, the programme is designed for those returning to study who have relevant work/professional experience but not the required academic profile for Level 4 entry. It is also suitable for Level 3 learners whose subject choice does not include the necessary background, but who are otherwise academically strong. The quality of our teaching, as demonstrated in NSS results, and a real understanding of the skills needed for University education, enable us to prepare students for the rigours of a four year degree in highly effective and stimulating ways.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need good grades in Senior High School Graduation Examination and the Chinese University Entrance Examination (Gaokao) for admission to year 1. Students need to have completed the Graduation Certificate - Specialist / Sub-degree (Zuanke) level (also known as the Dazhuan) will be considered for final year (top-up) entry. We generally require an overall 70 per cent grade or above but this will vary depending on the institution. Undergraduate programmes: ILETS 6.0 overall with Minimum component scores 5.5 in all four components (listening, reading, speaking and writing).
