The Lamar University Master of Engineering and Master of Engineering in Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering will deepen your knowledge about various aspects of electrical engineering beyond what you learned as an undergraduate. You will have the opportunity to participate in research and contribute something new to the field by conducting experiments and taking part in research publications.
During the Master of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering at Lamar University, you may have an opportunity to become published prior to graduation. This is a non-thesis, 30-semester-hour program designed to suit the needs of the practicing engineer.

Electrical engineers work with technology to design a broad range of devices and systems.
