The Lamar University Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on teacher education, leads to a degree in teaching your chosen discipline. Through this degree program, you will achieve Texas teacher certification as an EC-6 generalist, 4-8 specialist, EC-12 specialist, or EC-12 special education teacher.
