The Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership at Saint Francis University is a transfer-friendly degree completion option for those who have earned credits at other institutions. Courses can all be taken online, but if you prefer you can combine online work with some in-person courses at our four locations if you prefer face-to-face instruction. There is an optional aviation concentration that allows interested students to earn a pilot's license while pursuing a degree.
A degree in Organizational Leadership can help you understand what it takes to be an effective manager or leader including how to motivate others and how to successfully implement change. These skills translate into a variety of settings and provides a flexible base for career mobility.
Program Overview:
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (B.S.O.L.) degree was designed for the work-experienced adult with prior college-level course work and is a degree completion program that can be completed fully online or some courses are offered in-person for those who prefer that format. Developed to provide a convenient and effective transition towards a business baccalaureate degree, the organizational leadership curriculum is supported by a strong business core and liberal studies curriculum.

Applicants who have not completed four years of high school must submit a High School Equivalent Diploma (GED) issued by their state department of education. English Language scores: IELTS: 6.5, iTEP: 4.0+, TOEFL IBT: 80, TOEFL PBT: 550.
