The Master of Science in College Student Personnel is a two-year, practitioner-oriented program, philosophically based in college student development and university administration. It is designed to prepare thoughtful, compassionate, first-line student and university service administrators armed with the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to begin or enhance a career in the variety of settings in which such services are needed. The goals of the College Student Personnel (CSP) program include: Demonstrating mastery and application of foundational and professional studies in College Student Personnel; Demonstrating professional behavior in carrying out student services work.

為來自中國的學生設(shè)計 Applicants must have completed courses in fisheries management or wildlife management, ecology, and statistics with a minimum grade of "C". Qualified students lacking one or more courses listed above may be accepted provided the deficiencies are made up without graduate credit. Applicants who fail to meet the grade point requirement specified for unconditional admission may be admitted conditionally and allowed to enroll for a maximum of twelve (12) semester hours. Following completion of twelve (12) semester hours, the student's GPA must reach 3.0.
