Are you interested in becoming a history teacher or advancing your career as a history teacher? Impact the future and explore the possibilities of teaching by earning a Master of Education in Secondary Education. SRU's M.Ed. in Secondary Education has two tracks; a basic track and an advanced track. The basic track is for students seeking certification and the advanced track is for certified teachers.
DESCRIPTION
The Basic Teaching Track in Secondary Education History / Social Studies Master of Education is a degree designed for individuals who possess a bachelor's degree and appropriate coursework for history/social studies. Successful completion of the program will lead to a Master's degree and can lead to state certification. The program is 36 credit hours and can generally be completed in one calendar year of full-time study, beginning with the Summer Pre-Session. However, students may begin the program during the fall or spring and attend part-or full-time.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 A graduate applicant has completed the equivalent of a U.S. Baccalaureate (bachelor) degree and wishes to pursue a Master degree program. English language requirements: Applicants must score a minimum of 79 on the internet based test (IBT); Applicants must receive an overall IELTS score of a 6.5 or higher. ELS Schools official score report with a 112 result or higher.
