Continue your studies in mechanical engineering at a program where you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills while you work with industry giants and scholastic leaders.
You will have access to 88 dedicated laboratories. This includes our campus labs as well as facilities at the University of Dayton Research Institute, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Air Force Research Laboratories and several major private industries.

The M.S. program attracts some of the brightest minds in the field, providing you the opportunity to work on concentrations in engineering mechanics, energy, materials, thermo-fluids or robotics with the best teachers, professionals and fellow students.
Plan of Study
A minimum of 30 semester hours:
Thesis option: 24 semester hours of course work (8 classes) and 6 semester hours of research credit Non-thesis option: 30 semester hours of course work (10 classes). (Suggested for International Students.)

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) In addition to a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, applicants should have exposure to a variety of research and analytical or critical methods during their undergraduate studies. Applicants should have earned a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): A minimum score of 80 on the Internet-based (IB) test is required for full admission. International English Language Testing System (IELTS): A minimum band score of 6.5 is required for full admission. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): A minimum score of 60 is required for full admission.
