As a student in the College Student Personnel graduate program at the University of Dayton, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to become a leader, educator and organizer in higher education.
We provide the practice, theoretical perspectives and appropriate experience you need to excel. Our program is designed to assist students in gaining the practice, theoretical perspectives, and appropriate integration to be successful in working on college and university campuses in a variety of positions.
The 39-hour master's degree program follows CAS Standards as established by our professional organizations. Coursework emphasizes the development of the professional, working with individual and groups of students, and designing campus environments.
Full-time students can complete the program in two academic years. This program also offers a part-time track, accommodating students holding full-time jobs.

The program follows CAS Standards as established by our professional organizations. Coursework emphasizes the development of the professional, working with individual and groups of students, and designing campus environments. Students complete three internships at surrounding colleges and universities. Many of our students hold graduate assistantships in Student Development at the University of Dayton.

We know how important experience is for future success, which is why we give you real-life opportunities in the form of internships. You'll complete 300 hours of supervised practice in three 100-hour internships at surrounding colleges and universities.

為來自中國的學生設計 In addition to a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, applicants should have exposure to a variety of research and analytical or critical methods during their undergraduate studies. Applicants should have earned a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): A minimum score of 80 on the Internet-based (IB) test is required for full admission. International English Language Testing System (IELTS): A minimum band score of 6.5 is required for full admission. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): A minimum score of 60 is required for full admission.
