The Leadership for Educational Systems program at the University of Dayton is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the United States system of education and to develop skills to lead educational systems.
The program features an interdisciplinary approach. The UD departments of Educational Administration, Counselor Education and Teacher Education provide courses in the program. Coursework will provide a scholarly examination of leadership across diverse educational settings.
Program goal
Offer students with limited or no experience with U.S. educational systems a structured degree program that provides the necessary knowledge and tools to engage in a successful transition into leadership roles within educational settings.
A teaching license is not required and no previous educational experience is needed in order to participate in this program.

為來自中國的學生設計 In addition to a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, applicants should have exposure to a variety of research and analytical or critical methods during their undergraduate studies. Applicants should have earned a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): A minimum score of 80 on the Internet-based (IB) test is required for full admission. International English Language Testing System (IELTS): A minimum band score of 6.5 is required for full admission. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): A minimum score of 60 is required for full admission.
