Our program's flexibility also allows you to include up to a four-course concentration in computer science, engineering or business so you're ready for advancement in your professional work. Your program will include coursework that will provide you with a solid background in mathematical, numerical and statistical analyses - and valuable experience in modeling and computation.
Mathematics is the study of shape and form, of numbers and patterns, of concrete examples and abstract generalizations. As a discipline, mathematics is not easy to categorize. We offer a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematical economics (in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Finance). We also offer a Master of Science in applied mathematics.

為來自中國的學生設(shè)計 In addition to a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, applicants should have exposure to a variety of research and analytical or critical methods during their undergraduate studies. Applicants should have earned a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): A minimum score of 80 on the Internet-based (IB) test is required for full admission. International English Language Testing System (IELTS): A minimum band score of 6.5 is required for full admission. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): A minimum score of 60 is required for full admission.
