Do you think you might be good at holding a press conference? Could you explain an organization's philosophy and practices to people who need to know? Does researching, planning, implementing and evaluating strategic communication campaigns for a company sound exciting to you? Public Relations professionals do all these things to build relationships between organizations and their publics to move both toward achievement of goals.
Program Details
With a diverse curriculum, we provide an excellent education in the theory, history, ethics and practice of communication. This prepares them for careers and leadership in a wide variety of professions.
Program Outcomes
Public Relations at the University of Dayton includes both knowledge and professional skill development based on a foundation of strong and precise writing, strategic planning, message design and delivery across media platforms, ethics and research.
