The Management & Organization program provides a basic foundation in management theory and practices. The management major includes four specializations: General, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and International Business. Students are encouraged to customize their course of study based on their professional interests in consultation with a faculty advisor. Graduates can expect to pursue careers in several potential areas, including human resources and personnel management, small business management, international management, nonprofit management, and beyond.
The management major includes four options:
- General management major
- Management major with a specialization in human resource management
- Management major with a specialization in entrepreneurship
- Management major with a specialization in international business (suspend concentration for 3 years)
