Program Description
The political science major provides students with a broad foundation in American and comparative politics and an understanding of the dynamic relationships between political ideas, behavior, and institutions. Students are prepared to pursue a variety of careers in politics and public service, as well as graduate studies in law, public affairs, and political science. We strive to teach our graduates to be thoughtful professionals and engaged citizens in their communities. In addition to the general major in political science CCSU offers a B.A. degree in Political Science with a specialization in public administration.

English proficiency score- TOEFL Score: Internet: minimum score 61, Computer: minimum score 173, Paper: minimum score 500. A minimum band score of 5.5 IELTS is required for admissions consideration.
