Graduate programs offered in the Department of Health and Human Performance are designed to provide students with specialized training that will prepare them for positions with public and private agencies and master teaching positions in the area of health and human performance at the K-12 and college levels. These graduate degree programs are designed to provide graduate students with:
- Knowledge and skills necessary to organize and administer programs of health and human performance;
- The ability to interpret, analyzes, critique, and produce research within health and human performance;
- Knowledge related to the current challenges and trends underlying programs of health and human performance;
- Knowledge and skills related to pedagogy in health and human performance.
The Department of Health and Human Performance offers the following graduate degree: Master of Science (MS) in Health, Kinesiology and Sports Studies (either thesis or non-thesis). The MS degree is offered with five different tracks as specified in degree requirements. For each of these degrees, a minimum of 18 to 24-hours must be completed in the major field.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have Bachelor's degree, from a regionally accredited university. GMAT/GRE official test scores or 3.0 overall undergraduate GPA or 3.25 on the last 60 hours of coursework toward the bachelor's degree; or completion of a graduate degree from an accredited institution in an area of study approved by the department; or passing score on all parts of the Uniform Certified Public Account Exam. English Language Requirements: TOEFL (IBT at least 79, or CBT at least 213, or PBT at least 550); IELTS (at least overall 6.00 band).
