The Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Organizational Leadership degree at Texas A&M University -Commerce is a competency-based program that prepares innovative leaders for employment in an increasingly technological and global society. This program provides opportunities for you to receive credit for what you know and can do, allows you to accelerate completion of your degree, and because it is fully online, you are able to plan your study schedule around the rest of your day to complete the coursework.
