The master of science in education with a specialization in elementary education at the Fischler College of Education helps prepare educators in the area of kindergarten through grade six instruction. The specialization helps provide educators with the skills to develop curriculum and instruct students in the areas of language and literacy, mathematics, science, and the arts. Course content is research based and infuses best practices in education.
Coursework for the master’s in elementary education is available online and at many of the NSU Campuses. The online delivery option allows international students and those who don’t live near our South Florida campuses to receive and submit coursework and interact with participants and professors via the Internet. The site-based delivery option allows students to take classes in the evenings or on weekends in locations near their homes. The distance education option allows busy professionals the option to complete their degrees without having to leave their jobs or travel long distances.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must complete all bachelor's degree requirements before beginning graduate studies or is in the process of completing a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 550 on the paper-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 79 on the internet-based test. (2) International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.0 on the test module. (3) Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 54 on the test module.
