As a current or prospective middle or high school teacher enrolled in this program, you’ll gain intensive professional development in pedagogy, curriculum, foundations of education, educational technology, multicultural education, and educational research. You’ll explore theoretical concepts that will directly impact your instructional effectiveness, helping both you and the students you teach.
The completely online program provides you with intensive professional preparation by offering four concentrations:
Concentration in the Education Core
Concentration in Secondary Teaching License
Concentration in Teaching of a Content or Special Area
Concentration in Dual Credit Teaching Credential (for limited content areas)
The program enables practicing and prospective teachers to explore theoretical concepts that relate directly to improving instructional effectiveness.
