Ball State's bachelor's degree in visual arts with an emphasis in painting explores studio exercises, problems, and critiques, emphasizing a multitude of mediums and their characteristics. Students are expected to continuously develop technical skills, advanced color considerations, and solutions of pictorial problems with new focus on individual creativity.
In the painting concentration, you will explore your individual vision within the context of developing disciplined studio practices in watercolors, oils, temperas, acrylics, and more.
