Major Requirements
As a computer information systems major, you’ll gain real-world skills in a variety of areas, including systems analysis and design, database design, and network management. This major is organized into four groups of courses:
- University Core Curriculum
- 14 undergraduate business foundation courses
- specialized computer information systems coursework
- nine credits of electives
Your degree path begins your freshman and sophomore year as a pre-business major before declaring as a computer information systems major your junior year.
