在這里學(xué)什么?
The Bachelor of Science in Forestry degree with an emphasis in Fire Management consists of 130 semester-hours that prepare graduates for a successful, exciting career in the field of wild and prescribed fire and renewable natural resource management
The earth's changing climatic conditions not only have a direct impact on natural ecosystems but also determine the role that wild and prescribed fires will play in sustaining those systems. Increasing populations and their moves to formerly wild lands necessitate the understanding and management of natural phenomena like fire. The BSF with emphasis in Fire Management provides students with the knowledge and skills that they will need to begin their career in that field.
Graduates with the this degree are eagerly sought by employers in federal, state and private sectors, including Forestry consulting firms.
