Advertising is everywhere as brands find new ways to engage with consumers. At the same time, many news stories are placed by public relations professionals to paint their clients in the best light. As an advertising or public relations professional, you’ll have a hand in two of the most exciting, fast-paced and deadline-driven careers.
At SFA, we help our students understand the role that advertising and public relations play in society today and provide you a comprehensive look at the legal and ethical principles involved.
If creating advertisements and writing press releases intrigues you, this is the program for you.
Learn about current advertising trends and the fine art of public relations with the emphasis on advertising and public relations. Students pursuing this emphasis will take courses covering topics such as the role of social media, and advertising and public relations principles.
