The Master of Arts in Education: Teacher as Leader program allows you to attain Rank 2 teaching certification in Kentucky. This program consists of a 15-semester hour core and a selected area of concentration (usually 15 semester hours). You may choose to add an additional endorsement or certification to your current teaching certificate, or pursue additional advanced coursework in your initial teaching area.

- Environmental Education — endorsement
- Instructional Computer Technology — endorsement

- Special Education – non certification
- Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis
- Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education (IECE)

- Elementary Mathematics Specialist
- STEM Concentration: Computer Science
- Liberal Arts/Social Sciences concentration: Communication

The Master of Arts in Education: Teacher as Leader will not only enhance your teaching skills, but also develop your leadership abilities.
These learned skills can be used in the classroom to make you a better teacher, or be applied in community agencies or corporate settings.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree at a regionally accredited institution with a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. English language requirement: TOEFL scores must meet a minimum standard score of 550 on the paper version, 213 of the computer-based version, or 79 on the internet based (iBT) version. Applicants submitting the IELTS must achieve a 6.5 on the general band portion.
