Our program is designed to prepare Human Resource professionals to deal with the challenge of managing today’s workforce in a small but growing business, corporate or nonprofit entity, or multinational organization. The program content provides comprehensive coverage of the major functional areas of human resource management such as staffing, employee training and development, wages, and benefits. In addition, students will understand and develop personal competencies such as business communication skills and skills in managing diversity. Students also will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management by completion of a rigorous and required internship program.
