If you're interested in learning the language and exploring the culture of other countries, we have a wide range of choices for you. The Department of World Languages and Literatures offers courses in 10 languages with Bachelor of Arts degrees available in French, German and Spanish.
Career Paths
Students who complete a major in a language with teaching certification will be in high demand for jobs in education. Learning a language can also enhance opportunities in other professions including:

為來自中國的學生設計 Students must have completed a high school or equivalent. English language requirement: TOEFL (iBT): Composite score of at least 79, with a minimum of 14 in reading, TOEFL (PBT): Composite score of at least 550, with a minimum of 48 in reading, IELTS: Composite score of at least 6.5, with a minimum of a 5.5 in Reading and 5 in Writing, Pearson PTE: Composite score of at least 55.
