Anthropology at NKU is a learner-centered program committed to excellence in a diverse environment. Our courses and extra-curricular activities are designed to give students a deeper appreciation of diversity of all peoples.
In 2013, the Anthropology Program was awarded the Sustained Excellence in International Education Award from Northern Kentucky University.
Our award-winning faculty specializes in different sub disciplines of anthropology and cultures around the world. Our major and minors prepare students for career opportunities in applied anthropology or graduate work in anthropology.
