The bachelor of science degree provides a foundation in basic science. Students wishing to pursue an immediate career in science or technology, or wishing to pursue graduate studies in physics should take recommended upper division courses as electives. The coursework consists of two components. A science component referred to as major requirements and a comprehensive portion called the core curriculum.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students will be able to:
- demonstrate a basic understanding of the fundamental laws of classical and modern physics.
- report and communicate the results of experimental/theoretical investigation and research.
- demonstrate appropriate quantitative and analytical skills.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 To be admitted to an undergraduate degree program as a regular freshman student, you must be a graduate from an approved or accredited high school (GED certificate may not be used for admission). Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 61 (iBT-Internet-Based Test) or 500 (Paper-Based Test), International English Language Testing System (IELTS - must be academic version) with an equivalency score of 6. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic with an equivalency score of 57.
