The Electrical Engineering course of study broadly prepares the graduate for professional practice or graduate studies while offering several areas of emphasis. Electrical engineers design and develop electronic circuits, equipment and systems in the areas of electromagnetics , communications and control , computers and digital systems, physical electronics and optics, power systems and energy conversion, and control systems. By the appropriate choice of technical area courses, the student may emphasize the following areas:

- Power and energy conversion and control systems

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Students with High school or secondary and higher secondary or equivalent. For admission consideration, a minimum 2.5 Fresno State converted and weighted GPA is required. English language Score: TOEFL – 61 iBT, or IELTS – 6.0 or with 5.5 Band score in each section, or ELS Language Centers - Level 112, or Pearson's Test of English – 45.
