Civil Engineering includes the research, development, planning, design, construction, and maintenance associated with urban development, water supply, structures, energy generation and transmission, water treatment and disposal, and transportation systems.
Civil engineers deal with the analysis, design, construction, function and safety of complex structures and systems including buildings, bridges, dams, pipelines, highways, and harbors, and is concerned with the protection of the public against natural hazards of earthquakes, floods, landslides, and fires.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Students with High school or secondary and higher secondary or equivalent. For admission consideration, a minimum 2.5 Fresno State converted and weighted GPA is required. English language Score: TOEFL – 61 iBT, or IELTS – 6.0 or with 5.5 Band score in each section, or ELS Language Centers - Level 112, or Pearson's Test of English – 45.
