Research Methods to Solve Problems in the Workplace and Improve Quality of Life
In businesses where employees are happy and healthy, quality of life and organizational infrastructure are strong. For those who are already professionals in the field of industrial psychology, a Master of Science from University of Houston-Clear Lake's Instructional Design and Technology Program with a Specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology will advance you on your path to become a leader in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of instruction, bridging cutting edge technologies with the latest learning methods research. You will study workplace productivity, management, and working styles and strategies for working with management to develop new policies, train and motivate your workforce, and increase your company’s efficiency.
Observe, Analyze, and Interpret Human Behavior in a Professional Environment
UHCL’s alumni with this degree work at schools, colleges, and universities as well as training departments of governmental and private agencies, including NASA. The Industrial/Organizational Psychology track provides you greater skills, knowledge, and insight related to the scientific study of human behavior in the workplace and its applications to psychological theories and principles to organizations. 為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants will be considered for admission to University of Houston-Clear Lake, if they have earned bachelor's degrees or higher (as applicable) from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and are eligible to return to the last institution attended. To satisfy by Test Results: Official Pearson Test of English (PTE) scores of 53 or higher, Official International English Language System (IELTS) scores of 6.0 or higher, Successful completion of ELS Level 112 - Intensive English Program, or iBT TOEFL Test of 79 or higher.
