Become the Technology Expert in your Company
We live in a technological world in which the technology footprint will continue to expand. You’ll become qualified for a key administrative position in a highly coveted company when you acquire the skills in computer technology and put them to use in commercial environments. A Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Houston-Clear Lake prepares students for a multitude of careers in which technology plays a central role, with a focus on more practical applications of technology that support and add value to an organization’s products or services.
Combine Technological Competence with Managerial and Organizational Skills
This plan prepares students for key technical, administration and management positions in the analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, operation and management of industrial and commercial computer information systems. Among the coursework’s main objectives is to teach students how to maintain a balance between theory and practice of computer science and computer information systems. Graduates of this program will have mastered the skills needed for tomorrow's complex, technology-induced environments.
You can also choose from two specializations: Data science; Cyber security.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants will be considered for admission to University of Houston-Clear Lake, if they have earned bachelor's degrees or higher (as applicable) from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and are eligible to return to the last institution attended. To satisfy by Test Results: Official Pearson Test of English (PTE) scores of 53 or higher, Official International English Language System (IELTS) scores of 6.0 or higher, Successful completion of ELS Level 112 - Intensive English Program, or iBT TOEFL Test of 79 or higher.
