Get a Jump Start to Your Career
Looking for an academic challenge that will help you address present-day and future environmental concerns? Enroll in the Environmental Science Scholars Plan at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. This program in our College of Science and Engineering is multi-disciplinary, applications-oriented and designed to help you complete both the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Environmental Science efficiently and effectively. It’s perfectly tailored for highly motivated students who love the environment and love to learn in a stimulating atmosphere.
Build a Solid Core of Skills
As a student in the Scholars Plan, you’ll begin a graduate research project early in your studies. This project will provide crucial clarity to the direction of your degree. And once you complete the Bachelor’s degree portion of the Scholars Plan, you could earn a waiver from taking the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) requirement as you work on your Master of Science in Environmental Science.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants who have attended an institution located outside the United States must: Possess the equivalent of a U.S. high school/secondary diploma. Proof of English Language Proficiency: Your minimum scores must be: 550 on the paper-based TOEFL exam; 79 on the TOEFL (iBT) exam; 6.0 on the IELTS exam, 53 on the PTE exam; or, you can successfully complete level 112 in the ELS Intensive English Language program.
