The Specialist Degree in Gifted Education and Talent Development prepares leaders to understand and implement strategies, procedures, and policies that allow children and youth with gifts and talents to achieve their potentials and to provide in-depth learning experiences to develop expertise in gifted education and talent development.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants must have completed a U.S. baccalaureate degree or higher, or equivalent international degree, from an accredited institution, Baccalaureate degree cumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) of 2.75 or greater on a 4.0 scale. English Language Requirements: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) minimum score of 79 (internet-based) or 550 (paper-based); International English Language Testing System (IELTS) minimum score of 6.5; successful completion of the English Language Services Program at Level 112; or successful completion of English as a Second Language International (ESLI) at WKU.
