The Department of Accounting and Taxation, in conjunction with St. John’s School of Law, offers a special combined degree program leading to a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. This combined degree program is designed to meet the New York State education requirements for licensure as a certified public accountant, as well as providing a broad business background, to supplement the J.D. degree.
The program provides qualified students with a significant time and tuition savings, because the J.D./M.B.A. can be pursued simultaneously rather than consecutively. Students who earn both degrees will have academic preparation that will enhance their employment opportunities in business, industry, and private practice.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have an evidence of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university including official transcripts from each institution attended. English Language Requirements: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) examination. Successful candidates present a score of 500 on the paper-based test; 173 on the computerized test; 61 on the internet based test; or 5.0 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
