For highly-motivated students, St. John’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers a combined bachelor and master’s degree program in Information Technology and Library and Information Science. The program allows you to complete your undergraduate and graduate degrees in five years of full-time study, with internships available at the graduate level.
The combination of the two degrees will prepare you for a career managing an information system or computer network in a variety of settings in both the public and private sector. With so much information now housed digitally, employers are seeking professionals with the special knowledge and training to manage that information. The skills you’ll acquire in the Information Technology / Library and Information Science combined degree program will allow you to meet that need.

- LIS 204 Introduction to Library and Information Science
- LIS 205 Information Sources and Services
