The B.S. degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition has three concentrations and prepares students for a variety of different careers.
The concentration in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (also known as the Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics – DP) provides undergraduate preparation for students who wish to become registered dietitians and prepares students to pursue a broad range of careers in nutrition or to continue with graduate studies.
Students in the FSN degree program have access to a number of facilities for academic and research purposes, including space and equipment in the Chemical Food Safety Laboratory, the Sensory Evaluation Center, the Mary Lynch Nutrition Laboratory, and the Dr. Matthew Highlands Food Pilot Plant.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Clear, legible photocopy of graduation certificate or diploma issued by the Ministerio de Educación and Academic transcripts indicating all subjects taken and grades obtained. Students must have completed secondary/high school or university work. English language requirement: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) – minimum score of 79 (iBT) or 550 (paper-based test); IELTS (International English Language Testing System) – minimum score of 6.5; PTE (Pearson Test of English) – minimum score of 53.
