The Master of Business (Human Resource Management) provides a comprehensive foundation covering the core business and management disciplines with the option for you to pursue a specialisation in human resource management.
This specialisation covers critical components of HRM relating to staffing and effective resource management in an international context. It will provide you with specialised skills and knowledge to pursue a career in this discipline, which is vital to the overall success of a business.
Flinders University’s programs in business are designed to provide you with a strong foundation in business knowledge, understanding, skills and attitudes for a successful career in a range of organisations including private sector business, not-for-profit, government and public-sector entities.

What you will study
The Master of Business (Human Resource Management) consists of 16 topics.
The two-year program is designed for more recent graduates who have not yet fully embarked on a professional career. It provides the opportunity for commerce or business graduates to further develop their discipline knowledge or for non-business graduates to develop essential business skills and knowledge to broaden their employment-related choices.
The two-year duration of the program provides you further opportunities to undertake a range of elective topics.
This course may be completed in an accelerated mode if online or intensive topic modes are selected.
The Master of Business with specialisation comprises nine core topics, up to four specialisation topics and at least three elective topics.
