The Master of Landscape Architecture I degree in Landscape Architecture is a pre-professional program that focuses on sustainable landscapes with a study in regional ecologic, economic and social issues.
The degree program emphasizes professional approaches highlighted by sustainable planning and design practices. Students travel to regional landscapes within the Great Lakes-Ohio River basins to research post-industrial cities. They also have an option to study for a semester in Florence, Italy. Individual research studios or multi-disciplinary studios with graduate architecture and urban design students can comprise the final year of study.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates of this program will be able to:
- Pursue careers in landscape architecture
- Demonstrate skills in creative problem solving, critical thinking, communication, design and organization.

為來自中國的學生設計 Student must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.000 graduate GPA on a 4.000 point scale (minimum 3.250 graduate GPA is recommended). Applicants must obtain a minimum score of TOEFL Paper Based Test is 550 (79 on the Internet based version), the minimum score of MELAB is 77 or IELTS minimum score of 6.5 and the minimum score of PTE academic is 58.
