Overview
Quantity Surveyors calculate and manage costs relating to the built environment. They are financial and contractual experts, covering cost and value management, contract law and risk assessment. Quantity Surveyors are integral to moving construction projects from the planning stage to reality. Due to the high costs and risks associated with these projects, your skills as a Quantity Surveyor will always be in high demand.
This BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree is designed and delivered by a team of experienced professionals. You'll learn to think like an entrepreneur, develop professional business acumen and learn sought after quantity surveying skills. You'll be prepared to confidently tackle the social, economic and technical issues associated with construction projects of all sizes.
Our Quantity Surveying graduates are widely respected. They work in all sectors of construction from housing to major infrastructure projects throughout the UK and internationally.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to hold Senior Middle School Graduation Certificate (Gaozhong). Students need a minimum of IELTS band 6.0, with no component below 5.5. Some courses, especially those with a high level of discussion and writing, require higher scores.
