Our Master of Science in Early Childhood Education provides graduate training in the understanding and teaching of children from birth to age eight. Students develop a foundation in curriculum and instruction and specialization in learning and development during early childhood.
Program Requirements
The M.S. in Early Childhood Education program requires all students to take 12 hours of foundation courses in curriculum and instruction and in methods/statistics. Students take an additional 15 hours within early childhood education/development, and 3 hours of education-related electives.
