This degree is limited to individuals with a minimum of 8-10 years of professionally related work experience who wish to update their knowledge of current practices. Applicants for this degree are typically sponsored by their governments or organizations. Degree requirements include course work (30 credit hours), and an MPS project paper. This is a full-time in residence program at the Ithaca, NY campus and only a small number of students are admitted to the program each year.
