Students complete 75 credit hours in two and a half years: 2 semesters at ILR and 3 semesters at Johnson. The dual degree MILR/MBA program from ILR and Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management offers a unique opportunity. Our alumni who have earned both MILR and MBA degrees have a distinct advantage in today’s rapidly changing workplace. The School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Cornell’s Johnson are among the nation's most highly respected schools in their fields.
