The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is a new interdisciplinary online degree program that provides an accelerated pathway to graduation for those who have an associate degree or have completed some college courses but have yet to complete their degree.

In most companies and corporations, a bachelor’s degree is a requirement for promotion to management. Early vetting starts with the degree requirement; no degree, no promotion. Many professionals with substantial knowledge and work experience are held back from advancement because they lack a postsecondary diploma.
The University of Missouri–St. Louis is now offering an undergraduate degree completion program specifically designed to accommodate working professionals seeking the educational credentials required for promotion to positions of management.
Unique by Design
UMSL is the only public university in the region to offer an undergraduate degree program of this type. Our experienced academic advisors are trained in developing individualized coursework schedules for non-traditional students.
Students complete 27 hours of core coursework through the College of Arts & Sciences and the College of Business Administration that is focused on understanding, communicating, operating and leading. Each student has the opportunity to focus their training on a specific field by completing nine hours in an emphasis area of their choice. This component enables students to tailor the program based on their individual or professional needs.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Official transcripts: Students in their last year of high school should submit transcripts for all years completed thus far. Students who have completed high school must submit final transcripts and degree certificates or exam results. Students who have studied at a college or university must submit university transcripts to date. If you have completed more than 24 credit hours at a university, you do not need to submit high school transcripts. Transcripts are required from all high schools or universities attended. Proof of English proficiency: Minimum requirements are 61 TOEFL, 5.5 IELTS, or 44 PTE-A, 85-90 Duolingo.
