Chemistry addresses the advancement of knowledge in areas critical to the future of society, including health, comfort, and prosperity. It is a core subject area at the basis of advancements in the understanding of living systems and modern materials that make up our surroundings. The BA degree provides preparation for those planning to enter medicine or dentistry, secondary school teaching, or various vocations within the chemical industry.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students must have completed a high school diploma and a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required; preferred 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 GPA scale. UNCG accepts the following English Language Proficiency results for direct entry: IBT TOEFL 79 minimum; IELTS 6.5 minimum; ELS 112 score report; PTE Academic 53 minimum; and Level 5 Certificate – American Language Academy (ALA).
