Business Analytics encompasses the techniques, technologies, systems, practices, methodologies, and applications that analyze critical business data to help an enterprise better understand its business and market and make timely business decisions. This 30-unit ten-course program will prepare graduates for positions such as business analysts, data scientists, and marketing analysts in business, government, and non-profit organizations.
Program Learning Outcomes
Students completing the program will:
- Illustrate knowledge and application of programming languages.
- Appropriately apply data management tools and methods.
- Apply appropriate statistical techniques.
- Be able to extract business intelligence from data and apply it for strategic decision-making in different functional areas of business.
- Synthesize knowledge and evaluation of outcomes by managing a complex data analytics project from start to finish.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 An applicant must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and the equivalent major coursework for the program area to which application is made. English language requirement: Minimum score of 550 on the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 80 on the internet-based (iBT) test; International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.5 overall band score; Pearson Test of English (PTE): minimum score of 55.
