Science
The Science Education program is available for students who plan to teach middle or high school science. Science Education students gain real world experience in the classroom through student teaching or on-the-job experiences at area schools. Students who satisfactorily complete the program requirements also meet the Wisconsin teacher certification requirements for teaching science subject areas in those grades. Students at this level of certification may add the following licenses while pursuing or after obtaining their Science licensure as their initial certification:
- Bilingual
- English as a Second Language
- World Languages
Social Studies
The Social Studies Education Program is available for candidates who plan to teach social studies to learners in middle through high school.
Social Studies Education Program candidates are exposed to relevant field experiences at area schools through an initial semester long middle level placement and a year-round high school student teaching placement. Candidates who satisfactorily complete the Social Studies Education Program requirements meet the Wisconsin teacher certification requirements for EAA Licensure (ages 10 to 21).
Undergraduate and/or Post-Baccalaureate candidates who satisfactorily complete the Social Studies Education Program will be granted a Wisconsin EAA license in one or more of the following social studies subject areas: Broad Field Social Studies, Economics, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, and sociology.
English
The Early Adolescence through Adolescence (EA-A) Program in English Education is available for students who plan to teach English to students from ages 10-21. English Education candidates participate in hands-on, classroom based field and student teaching experiences in urban area middle and high schools. Candidates who satisfactorily complete the program requirements also meet the Wisconsin teacher certification requirements for teaching English subject areas in grades 6-12.
Math
The Mathematics Education Program is available for students who plan to teach mathematics in 6th through 12th grade. Mathematics Program students gain real world experience in the classroom through student teaching or on-the-job experiences at area schools. Students who satisfactorily complete the program requirements also meet the Wisconsin teacher certification requirements for teaching mathematics subject areas in those grades. Students at this level of certification may add the following licenses while pursuing or after obtaining their Mathematics licensure as their initial certification:

- World Languages
