The Department of Mathematics offers Master of Science in Mathematics.
The Department of Mathematics is active in a variety of research areas across multiple mathematical concentrations, including analysis, statistics, differential equations, dynamical systems, engineering, architecture and urbanism, logic, model theory, mathematical biology, population dynamics, mathematics of finance, non-associative algebras, geometry, functional analysis, numerical analysis, number theory, random matrix theory, and mathematics education.
Degree Requirements
Degree candidates are required to successfully complete 36 semester credit hours in one of two concentrations,
(1) Mathematics or (2) Applied Mathematics.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited xadcollege or university in the United States or have proof of equivalent training at a foreign institution. A minimum grade point average of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) from an awarded master's or bachelor's degree may be admitted with no conditions. TOEFL Internet 79, TOEFL Paper 60, IELTS 6.5.
