From software apps to microchips that power the latest smart phones, a computer engineer works behind the scenes to create the latest tech to make everyone’s lives easier. If you’re something of a computer whiz and have an eye for design, then you may consider studying computer engineering.
UTSA’s Computer Engineering Program
UTSA’s Computer Engineering degree will give you the broad engineering skills you’ll need to develop and manage digital systems. You’ll blend the disciplines of math, computer science and electrical engineering together as you learn about logic design, digital systems design, computer organization, microprocessor assembly programming and more. After you earn your degree, you’ll find career opportunities in designing and testing hardware like routers, microprocessors, motherboards and more. You’ll do all this in an effort to advance technology and make what was once a science fiction in the past, a new reality for today.

A PTE Academic score of 58 or greater. A Cambridge C1 Advanced minimum scale 180 grade C or higher.
