UTSA’s Management Program
A UTSA Management degree will expose you to the leadership and administrative tasks involved in transforming complex organizations in today’s rapidly changing world. In your management courses, you’ll cover topics like understanding people and organizations, human resources, organizational behavior, international management, organization theory, ethics and more.
Human Resource Management is available as a track to attain expertise in hiring training and compensating a workforce. You can declare your track after you’ve been admitted and have met with your academic advisor.
Every organization needs management, whether it’s as a top executive, regional manager, hiring manager or a supervisor overseeing employees—you’ll find career opportunities in nearly any industry.
What You’ll Learn
As a Management major, you’ll have the option of learning a business competency as you work toward completing your degree. These competencies are available through elective courses and aim to develop a greater set of marketable skills for business majors. The competencies available for Management majors are analytics, entrepreneurship, international business, leading change, modeling and risk management.

為來自中國的學生設計 Possess equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma. Minimum 2.5 GPA (4.0 scale). English Language Proficiency: A TOEFL Internet-Based Test (IBT) score of 79 or greater. A TOEFL Paper-Based Test (PBT) score of 550 or greater. An IELTS score of 6.5 or greater. A PTE Academic score of 58 or greater. A Cambridge C1 Advanced minimum scale 180 grade C or higher.
